You can change your email address on the "edit your profile" page. Here you can change some other information including search preferences, address and other preferences about your daily routines, habits, hobbies etc.

After you've made your changes, click "Save" at the bottom of the page to save.

How does "My Matches" works?

My Matches works according to the basic profile and "search preferences" at the bottom of the "edit profile" page.

Do people actually meet on your site? Do they ever get married or find real spanking partners?

Thousands of people meet on our sites like ours daily and go on to meet and start relationships. Our site has had reports of many people finding spanking friends and partners as well as a few marriages recently.

When someone emails me, where does the email go and how do I respond?

When a member sends you a note, it goes straight into your onsite message Inbox. We then send an email to your personal email address to let you know that it's there.

To read the note, simply login to the site and go to your Inbox. If you decide to write back, simply click "reply", write your own note and send away. Your note will go straight into the member's onsite Inbox, and we'll let them know it's there with an email to their personal email address. 

Please be aware if you write long messages that you are in danger of being timed out due to inactivity as the software doesn't have any way of detecting that you are typing.  To be safe, if you think you've taken more than 10 minutes to compose a message, select all and copy your message.  If you hit the "Send" button and are taken back to the log in page, then you timed out and have lost your message.

All communications with other members stay onsite so that you never have to give out any personal information until you feel completely ready. Then when you are, you can exchange private email addresses, phone numbers, and even meet in person.

How do I edit my profile? How do I hide my profile?

To update your profile, click "Edit Profile" in Members Panel menu. Be sure to save your changes at the bottom of the screen when you're done.

Try to put your best foot forward with at least one photo and snappy, detailed essays about your interests. The photo is key since most people feel more comfortable writing to members they can see. Try to stay positive in your essays and let the real you shine.  Also, fill out as much as your profile as possible so others know more about your preferences which will mean you are more likely to attract interest from like-minded persons.

To hide your profile, select "No" for the option "Other members can see when I'm online?" on the "Edit Profile" page.  Keep in mind, however, that members who are most active on the site keep their profile visible in all places because it ups their chances of connecting with people. And you never know, someone special may be looking for you and never get to find you if your profile is hidden.

When I cancel my membership, does it completely terminate my membership?

Yes, once you cancel your membership, your account will be deleted after thirty days.  If you decide to rejoin later and you can't access your account, you can create a new one.  

How to I upgrade or extend my membership?

We only have two levels of membership; Visitor and Free.  Visitor memberships let you see what is available to our members but at that level you cannot access all of the options.  Free memberships are our highest level and gives you access to all available options. 

Once you have a Free membership you can extend your membership for as long as you like.  It starts with a year but you can renew it for as long as you wish by logging in, clicking on the Upgrade Membership link you your menu, then scrolling down until you see the "Continue" button and clicking on that.  That will extend your membership another year.  Please try to remember to do that if you're still active and are reaching the end of your yearly membership so that you don't lose your account.

Why won't my photo show up on my profile?

All images must be approved by Admin, once your image is approved, it will show up in your profile.  If your image doesn't appear in 24 hours (weekdays only, weekend submissions may take longer), check with Admin to see if there was a problem with your image.  (For technical issues regarding uploading photos, go to the Site Information area of our forum for advice.)  This is an public site and all profiles are available for public viewing so please keep this in mind.  Images that show genitalia, nudity, sexual acts, visible marking, violate our site rules, or otherwise is not appropriate for public viewing will not be approved.

Photos must be current and preferably candid; don't include images that are of you in your professional setting as that is too specific for public viewing. 

You may not upload photos that depict age-play as we are an adult site and we cannot have any ambiguity on this matter. 

Photos of implements only probably won't be approved, other members want to see you as well so include yourself in those photos (and I don't mean just a shadow of you or one little finger; we want to see you. 

Images that contain other people besides yourself will not be approved as we feel it would be an invasion of privacy to post images of persons who have not agreed to have their photo posted on our site. 

Do not upload artwork; only photos.  Images that you do not own, such as those held under copyright by someone or some other entity, are not allowed.  Any image from a professional spanking movie, magazine, photo shoot, etc. will not be approved and will be deleted immediately. 

Please don't upload images that are blurry, grainy, or otherwise hard to see because they won't be approved.  If you're not recognizable, there's no point in putting it in your profile.

Also any image that has text that we feel is not appropriate or is in violation of any of our rules will be deleted. 

Please upload only images that you know will pass these guidelines.

Are there any username restrictions?

Yes, there are some.  For starters, do not use a name that appears to be a domain name.  Any username that includes the address of any commercial site will be immediately deleted.  This rule includes usernames that use "www," "dotcom," "com," or any variance of those that appears to be a site address will be deleted.  This is to avoid spammers and people joining merely to drive traffic to their site.

Also, this is an adult site so choose an appropriate name that abides by our rules (no underage references) and be aware of these rules when answering the profile questions.  You are an adult so choose a username that is appropriate for an adult interacting with other adults; any age-play references, parental, or familial relationship usernames (as well as corresponding relationship references) that imply anything other than adult interactions will result in that account being deleted without delay or warning.

Are there any other profile restrictions?

Yes.  When filling out your profile, keep in mind the rules presented here and in the Terms of Service agreement you entered into when you signed up for membership.  Please keep all your language in your profile appropriate for public reading.  This is an adult site so remember we do not allow any mention of minors or any underage activity (including your own, so no childhood reminiscing).  That includes any age-play related language; you may mention your interest in roleplay in your profile, but do not take it any further when filling out those fields.  Your "About Myself" field is for info about you as a prospective partner so put your best foot forward.  Do not include your webpage url or any other urls.  Protect your personal information and do not post your email addresses, home address, or phone number.  I reserve the right to edit your profiles if I feel you have included information that may be too specific to share publically.  You can share that information with your contacts later if you wish.

We reserve the right to delete profiles that violate any of our rules.
